Family Day out to remember in Dorchester.

The prize draw opens Tuesday 18th July and closes Sunday 30th July 2023 at 23:59. Entries submitted before or after that date and time will not be valid.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully to ensure that you understand them before entering the competition and agreeing to sign up to our newsletter.

To enter you must tick the box and complete and submit the online entry form. Entering the competition allows Discover Dorchester to use your email for newsletter marketing and contact winner regarding the claim of the prize only.

1. This competition is promoted by Dorchester Tourism Partnership C/o Dorchester Town Council whose registered address is at: 19 North Square, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1JF.

3. One winner will be chosen at random on Monday 31st July, 2023, and will be notified by email with instructions on how to claim their prizes.
4. The prize includes:

Free day return train tickets for the to Dorchester from Yeovil, Bristol or Weymouth with Great Western Railway

Free coffee and cake for the family at Debut Encore cafe

Free family tickets to one of the following Dorchester Museums (you get to choose between Shire Hall Museum, Keep Military Museum or Dorset Museum)

£100 voucher for lunch at Hubbox restaurant

Free family session at Dorchester’s brilliant Escape Room – The Great Big Escape

1. The prize day out may be used on any date between 1st to 31st August 2023, subject to availability, opening times and dates & excluding bank holiday weekends.
2. The prize is for a family of up to 5 people. 2 adults and up to three children.
3. All elements of the competition prize must be redeemed over the same 1-day period.
4. Lunch is to the sum of £100 total. Anything over this sum will be charged as a supplement. The lunch does not include drinks.
5. If a winner does not claim their prize within one week, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
6. The closing date for this prize draw may be extended.
7. Entry into this competition is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
8. Entry into this competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no physical cash alternatives are available.
10. The prize draw is open to UK or ROI and the main applicant must be aged 18 years or over.
11. All information submitted by entrants must be true, current, and complete. Entrants may only enter the competition in their own name. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
12. Only one entry per email address will be accepted.
13. Entrants are required to enter a valid email address which indicates their agreement to receive communication through this channel.
14. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
15. The competition is not open to employees of any of the competition’s partners, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
16. The promoter reserves the right, at their sole discretion and at any time, to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions due to unforeseeable circumstances without prior notice. Entrants will be notified of any changes to the competition by the promoter via email as soon as possible and the changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.
17. The applicant must be staying at a West Dorset Leisure Holidays Park during August 2023.
