Thomas Hardy: The Novels, The Novelist and Dorchester
This talk aims to do three things: Refer to all 14 novels by Hardy, tell his life story and to show how the town of Dorchester played a significant part in both.
The talk should appeal to lovers of Thomas Hardy and Dorchester, newcomers to his works or anyone who is just curious to know why Thomas Hardy is Dorset’s favourite son, or what all the fuss is about.
