Qi Gong with Tim Button
Learning a qigong routine called the “Ba Duan Jin” which is good for both physical and mental health and is accessible to most people. Mentally the exercises require concentration and focus which can take us away from everyday concerns.

All sessions will be accompanied with Gong and Crystal Bowls played by Arianna Puran Udini. Please note: As Gongs are being used, these sessions are not recommended if you:
- are pregnant
- have a pacemaker
- suffer from epilepsy or severe mental illness (bipolar, schizophrenia)
