One Coast, Two Views – An Exhibition at Halo Fine Art Gallery

Halo Fine Art Gallery in Brewery Square has a great new exhibition in July that is worth a visit. Featuring two local artists, Caroline Tucker and Sarah Jane Jefferies, the exhibition is called One Coast, Two Views and there will be a live demonstration at 1.00pm, this is the 26th between 12 and 2 with a glass of bubbles on arrival.

Dorset based artist Caroline Tucker has a distinctive style blends vibrant colours and quirky imagery, capturing the spirit and beauty of the countryside she loves.

Sarah Jane Jefferies is a versatile Dorset based artist who boasts a wide portfolio of varied contemporary mixed-media landscapes and still life abstracts. Specialising mainly in acrylic, Sarah also likes to use multimedia techniques such as ink, wax, charcoal and varied illustrative pens. When working in larger scale, often combining spray-paint. Sarah’s work is fun and bright yet can be viewed as powerful and dramatic. Always a wonderful display of interesting colour combinations, Sarah is a firm fan of using bright Neon tones.
