Fitness in the Square
Brewery Square is delighted to welcome back Anytime Fitness to the Square, with a series of fitness every Monday for all to enjoy.
These classes will be a mix of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Yoga, ensuring a perfect blend of strength, flexibility and mindfulness to kickstart your week.
HIIT – 5th & 26th August and 2nd September, starting at 11:30am
Yoga – 12th & 19th August, at 11:30am
These classes are open to EVERYONE and ALL ABILITIES! No prior registration is needed. Simply turn up and bring your own mat.
