Film screening: Le Petit Nicolas
Based on the books of Sempé/Goscinny this is a delightfully humorous view of the world from a young child’s perspective.
Excellently acted and styled, it is the tale of eight-year-old Nicolas, a schoolboy facing a “new arrival” in the family. Whilst his father battles in true Gallic style with the challenge of seeking a job promotion, Nicolas and his friends spice things up with their own answers to the challenges of growing up.
A heartwarming, laugh-out-loud comedy, and enchantingly French of course!
